Shipping policy

Bidet North currently ships to addresses throughout Canada and the United States. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on the destination, order value, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Order Processing

Orders are reviewed and prepared for shipment before being handed over to the applicable carrier. Delivery estimates begin once an order has been dispatched and do not include processing time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Within Canada

Orders shipped within Canada may be delivered using Canada Post or another suitable shipping carrier. The following shipping options may be available at checkout:

Express Shipping: $21.90 for packages weighing 0 to 2 kg. Estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 business days.

Standard Shipping: Free for qualifying orders of $100.00 CAD or more. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 9 business days.

Standard Shipping: $14.90 for packages weighing 0 to 2 kg. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 9 business days.

Standard Shipping: $21.90 for packages weighing 2 to 30 kg. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 9 business days.

Available rates may vary depending on the delivery address, product availability, package dimensions, and total shipment weight. The final shipping charge shown at checkout will apply to your order.

Shipping to the United States

Orders shipped from Canada to the United States may be delivered through Canada Post, the United States Postal Service, or another cross-border carrier. The following shipping options may be available at checkout:

Express International: $34.90 for packages weighing 0 to 1.5 kg. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business days.

Standard International: Free for qualifying orders of $100.00 CAD or more. Estimated delivery time is 4 to 8 business days.

Standard International: $7.90 for packages weighing 0 to 0.5 kg. Estimated delivery time is 4 to 8 business days.

Standard International: $19.90 for packages weighing 0.5 to 1.5 kg. Estimated delivery time is 4 to 8 business days.

Standard International: $29.90 for packages weighing 1.5 to 30 kg. Estimated delivery time is 4 to 8 business days.

All shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Rates may change if the package weight, destination, dimensions, or carrier availability differs from the standard shipping conditions.

Delivery Estimates

All delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of severe weather, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, holidays, high-volume periods, incorrect address information, or circumstances outside the control of Bidet North.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Remote, rural, and extended-area destinations may require additional delivery time.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

Orders delivered within Canada are not subject to cross-border customs duties.

Orders shipped to the United States may be reviewed by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or other government fees. Where duties and taxes are identified as prepaid or included during checkout, no additional payment should normally be required upon delivery.

Unless checkout specifically states that duties and taxes are prepaid or included, the recipient is responsible for any customs charges, import taxes, brokerage fees, or related costs assessed by the destination country or carrier. These charges are not controlled by Bidet North and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Customs processing may also cause delays that are outside the control of Bidet North. Refusing a shipment because of unpaid duties or taxes may result in return shipping and related charges being deducted from any eligible refund.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your street address, apartment or unit number, postal or ZIP code, and contact details before submitting the order.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the carrier.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay, or if your package appears to be lost, please contact us so we can help review the shipment with the carrier. Carrier investigations may take several business days to complete.

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If your order is damaged during transit, contact us promptly and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Please retain all original packaging until the matter has been reviewed.
